If a guest wants to check into the hotel before 14:00 (standard check-in time), early arrival fee will be charged. The fee includes half the cost of the accommodation rate plus the price of a breakfast. We usually ask to warn about the early arrival on the stage of booking.

If a guest wishes to stay at the hotel after 12:00 pm (standard check-out time), late departure fee will be charged. Guest can stay at the hotel until 24:00 the current day. The fee is equal to half of the cost of the accommodation rate. We kindly ask our guests to discuss the possibilities of late check out on the stage of booking.

Children under 8 years stay free of charge. For children older than 8 years the full accommodation rate is used. Free breakfast is provided for children under 6 years old.

We provide an extra bed for children (up to 8 years old - free of charge), for children older than eight years the cost of an extra bed is 130000 BYR.

For children under 3 years old we offer a small cot.

An extra bed is provided to guests if requested. It is possible to add to add an additional bed to the Deluxe Room and Business Suite. The cost of an extra bed is 130,000 BYR, plus a full breakfast price.

Conference Hall is an ideal place for conferences, seminars, business presentations with the possibility to sit up to 100 people. All the necessary equipment is there for the guest comfort.

Where is it possible to organize a coffee break or a reception while holding an event in the conference hall or the meeting room?

On the same floor right near the conference hall and the meeting room there is a refined interior wine bar which is perfect for holding a coffee break or the reception just on the spot.
